Our Homemade kulambu masala powder is a type of Fine spice powder which is basically a mixture of premium ground dry spices and Dhal. since it was homemade it was completely healthy and hygienic.The ingredients was fried by slow-cook process by small batches we can get the premium taste and Aroma without using any food additives or preservatives.

How to use:
Heat oil in a pan. Gingelly oil will make this puli kulambu more tasty. Add the mustard seeds and saute well till they splutter. Add urad dal, fenugreek and curry leaves and saute for a minute. Add small onions and garlic. Fry well till they become golden color. Add the tamarind juice, kulambu masala podi, Brinjal and required amount of water and salt. Let it boil till it reaches the required kulambu consistency and the raw tamarind taste goes away.
