How to use?
- Cook 1 cup Toor Dal with water in a pressure cooker
- Add vegetables to the cooked Toor dal and mix it up.
- Add 1-2 tablespoon Sambar Powder, water and required amount of tamarind paste according to your taste.
- Add the required amount of salt to it.
- Temper Mustard seeds, Red chilli, Curry leaves in hot oil & add to the Sambar.
- Garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves.
- Enjoy the Sambar with Rice, Idli, or Dosa.
